The CurriculumSupport ServicesGetting StartedFAQs

When you host the LeadershipPlenty® Institute in your community you are purchasing more than a top flight curriculum, you are also gaining a full suite of services that help you promote your trainings, implement the program, and evaluate the progress of participants.

Multiple Versions Available
English, Spanish, and low-literacy editions of LeadershipPlenty® are available to help organizations overcome barriers of language, access and background to develop a more inclusive, well-prepared citizenry.

We Train Your Trainers
A nationally-recognized, nine module, train-the-trainer curriculum allows organizations to train multiple trainers for delivery. Think about having eight to ten ongoing training programs rather than just one.

Materials to Educate Your Sponsors
Materials to explain to sponsors about the LeadershipPlenty® train-the-trainer model, how it works, its value, and demonstrable results that you can expect. Among the materials are a brochure (“Introducing LeadershipPlenty®”), a Powerpoint presentation, and white papers demonstrating the successful results achieved when different types of organizations have used LeadershipPlenty®.

Condensed Curriculum for Those with Time Constraints
For those with severe time constraints, the English version has two options, a full implementation (taking approximately six hours per module to implement) and a condensed version (about three hours for implementation.)

Support Materials Available Online
A website of LeadershipPlenty® resources offers guidelines and suggestions for recruiting a diverse group of participants and implementing the program. We also help you customize your printed materials with downloadable LeadershipPlenty® logos and artwork.

Comprehensive Evaluation Process
Our evaluation tool measures the progress and impact of the program. Your organization administers the surveys. An independent evaluator conducts an analysis of the surveys and submits a report to you. If your organization has specific needs with regards to evaluation the Pew Partnership team will work with you to tailor the survey instrument.
